Our team first conducts a field visit to the concerned ULB to study their prevailing Solid Waste Management (SWM) practices, infrastructure, manpower deployment, community participation, and ongoing service contracts. This helps us understand real gaps and local context.
SWM System Analysis
We assess the existing system across key parameters — door-to-door collection coverage, segregation practices, processing capacity, vehicle fleet status, GVPs, manpower availability, and ward-wise performance.
Financial & Budget Review
A crucial step involves reviewing the ULB’s current budget allocations, sanitation-related expenditures, available funds under SBM-U 2.0, CSR, and State Schemes. This ensures that the proposed project is financially viable and implementable.
Alignment with Regulatory Frameworks
Every document is aligned with the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016, Swachh Bharat Mission – Urban 2.0 Toolkit, and State-specific policies to ensure legal robustness and operational clarity.
Support During Pre-Bid & Evaluation Stages
We also assist ULBs in responding to bidder queries, conducting pre-bid meetings, and designing fair evaluation matrices to select the most suitable implementation partner.
